Brownie Mix:
Any type of chocolate brownie mix
1cup of white chocolate chips
Icing:
1/2 confectionary sugar
2 egg whites
Mix brownie mix and 1 cup of white chocolate chips and bake as directed. Then mix the icing. Separate the eggs and slowly add the confectionary sugar and beat until peaks form. When the brownies have cooled spread the icing over the brownies!
