Turkey Chili:
1 lb ground turkey (or beef)
5 stocks celery
1 onion
1 cup red/green pepper
1 glove garlic
2 tbs. chili powder
1 tbs. tomato paste
3 cans kidney beans
Chop red/green pepper, celery, onion, and garlic. Add to heat pot (medium heat) once the veggies have cooked down (about 10 minutes) add in ground turkey and cook till brown. Once the turkey has cooked turn down the heat to a simmer and add the tomato paste, kidney beans, and chili powder. Let it simmer on low heat for about 2 hours.
